Welcome to Carma. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. Carma (carmabid.com) is owned and operated by Nano Network LLC. By accessing or using Carma, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Carma provides an online platform that connects vehicle sellers and buyers through auction-style listings. We facilitate the listing and bidding process but are not a party to the actual transactions between users.

3. User Registration

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post false, inaccurate, or misleading content
  • List vehicles you do not own or have authority to sell
  • Engage in fraudulent bidding or manipulation
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Fees and Payments

Sellers pay a monthly subscription fee of $19 which allows 1 active listing at a time. This fee is non-refundable and will be automatically renewed monthly unless cancelled. Buyers may browse and bid for free. We do not process payments between buyers and sellers. For custom pricing to list multiple vehicles simultaneously, contact hello@carmabid.com.

6. Auction Rules

  • All auctions run for 24 hours from the time of listing
  • Bids are binding commitments to purchase
  • Sellers may set reserve prices and Buy Now prices
  • If reserve is not met, listings may be automatically relisted
  • Winners must complete transactions directly with sellers

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they post but grant Carma a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with the service. You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit.

8. Privacy

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carma and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Colorado.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
